 WHO'S AFRAID OF THE BIG BAD WOLF. an operative who works solely in acquisitions for the aviary, cavanaugh is responsible for keeping the aviary constantly stocked with fresh faces and new blood. bribery, coercion, thievery, murder — there is nothing that cavanaugh will not resort to in order to bring miss red's bounty home to roost, though he prefers to lure rather than snatch. much older than he appears at first glance, cavanaugh is responsible for the presence of most if not all of the current initiatives in the aviary's care, as well as some of the recent graduates. he is frequently trusted and liked by those he lured and detested by those he stole.
